Returns Policy

General Return Policy

We have a return period of our products for ten (10) days; subsequently you’re free to return the product if you’re not satisfied for a full, 100% refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
However, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Systems have a one year warranty, those not installed by our techs have limited warranty

You will receive a refund within 72 hours of receipt

Damage and/or Lost Shipment


For claims of damaged or lost items (Small Package), return must be made within 10- days of delivery. As for freight shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and report any damage/ loss to the freight driver right away. For purpose of filing claims, we may request photos of damage from you. Please, due to the meticulous process involved, investigations may take up to 14 business days for loss and damage claims.

We can ship to any place in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and dimension based.
