I like my nova filter. And appreciate the email reminding me to change it. It was easy for me because I could pay pal and didn’t have to be home. My only “ complaint” was the dirt and dust on the top wasn’t wiped off so I questioned if it was changed - Until I saw the current date. Thanks for asking
