Timely, efficient and friendly service. And they never leave a mess. But what's so amazing is when you compare the new, snow-white filters to the ones removed. It's scary how much brown stuff is in our drinking water as is demonstrated by the brown, heavily stained filters NOVA hauls away. And that's after only 12 months of use.
