FIVE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE PLAN

1. The Plan. These Terms and your purchase receipt together state the plan you have purchased (the “Plan”) and the coverage under the Plan (“Coverage”). Coverage under this Plan is in addition to the coverage provided under the first-year warranty for new installations or a total of 6 years. For existing installations the coverage is 5 years.
