FIVE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE PLAN
- The Plan. These Terms and your purchase receipt together state the plan you have purchased (the “Plan”) and the coverage under the Plan (“Coverage”). Coverage under this Plan is in addition to the coverage provided under the first-year warranty for new installations or a total of 6 years. For existing installations the coverage is 5 years.

I purchased a Nova whole house Water System three years ago spending almost $15,000. It worked for a few months and then it stopped working like it should we call the technician out and they put in a second filter saying that we needed it. It has never worked correctly. We go through tons of salt, four and five bags a month and it regenerates constantly. I’ve called and called to try to get a technician to come back out. I had an appointment in June one in July and one in August with their technicians, but they never showed up. I would really like to have someone call me back so I can get the quality of water that I paid for!!!
